02. Booking on-site service
The area manager will contact you, to communicate product details, booking experience and measurement time;
03. Once program determined, sign a contract for production arrangement
Villa elevator installation, program and quotation are given according to the field measurement results, with a contact signed by both parties. The order is issued in strict accordance with the Contract, to notify the plant for scheduling production;
04. Installation handover
Before installation, technical engineer will confirm the installation site finally according to the design drawings.
05. Elevator installation
Core parts are delivered from the German factory, and then imported and transported in domestic for the entire elevator assembly;
06. After-sales service
The elevator running data are transferred to the Picconuo staff or monitoring platform through the mobile Internet, to achieve 24h full time monitoring in 365 days a year through an elevator data monitoring service; furthermore, a professional team is ready to provide a comprehensive technical support for local customers.
